Reconcile

Reconcile means to rebuild broken relationships, between God and/or between people. It is the process of bringing peace where there was once separation, hostility, or conflict. As the third Core Pillar of our program, Mercy Gate is a fervent fighter in the reconciliation of families. When our overcomers can be reunited with their loved ones and encouraged by a sisterhood of supporters, the healing process becomes generational, and the cycle of trauma stops.

For the women we serve, they first experience reconciliation with God. Then, we walk with them as they work toward reconciliation with their children, family, friends, and the community.
