4 core pillars

Rooted in faith, this is our path to transformation through restoration

Recover

Recover means to find what was lost and then to retake or regain. It is the first Core Pillar of what we do at Mercy Gate Ministries. Through our partnerships with community organizations, law enforcement, and the courts we help women move out of harm and into a place of stability and care.

Identify & Recover

Community collaboration and assessment

"He has delivered us from the domain of darkness..." -Colossians 1: 13

Restore

Through The Journey, our residential and non-residential restoration program, women receive Christ-centered, trauma-informed, holistic care addressing the whole person: spiritual, emotional, physical, and relational.

The Journey

A customized care plan designed for the unique needs of each survivor.

"For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal." -Jeremiah 30:17

Reconcile

Reconcile means to rebuild broken relationships, between God and/or between people. It is the process of bringing peace where there was once separation, hostility, or conflict. Mercy Gate believes a mother's healing creates lasting change for her family.

Healing for the whole family

Building on the biblical foundations established in The Journey, we walk alongside women as they restore healthy relationships, break cycles of trauma, and rebuild their families.

"Through Christ, God gave us the ministry of reconciliation." -2 Corinthians 5:18-19

Reach

Mercy Gate believes there is power in impact. Women are sent out restored and equipped to serve others and share the hope they've found in Jesus. Through leadership development, evangelism, and discipleship, women are empowered to step into lifelong service and stability.
